Secure Storage Systems, LP. opened for business in October of 1999 and has served North Longview with moving products and self storage services ever since!

We teamed up with UHaul in February of 2000 to become an Authorized Uhaul Dealer.  This has been a great match for both companies and has allowed us to provide local customer service combined with Uhaul's nationwide fleet of moving equipment.

We are also a member of the Texas Self Storage Association and the eMove Network of self storage providers.

Our Business:

We have had several expansions over the the last ten years (adding Temperature Controlled as well as additional sizes to our unit mix) and are planning more in the future.  We are located in the heart of Longview's North Highway 259 growth area and look forward to many more years serving North Longview with quality self storage and moving products.

Secure Storage Systems, LP. is a subsidiary of Bowles Properties, Inc. of Longview Texas.

Our manager (since opening in 1999) is James Piatt who has lived in East Texas since 1984.  James worked in the East Texas oilfield from 1984 to 1999 and received a degree in Accounting from Kilgore College.  Since going to work for Secure Storage Systems, he has completed additonal training through the Uhaul Online University and attended several trainning seminars from the Texas Self Storage Association.
